The biothink Qualification Process
The biothink Qualification
Process is designed to maintain a consistently high quality of the service providers who are participating in biothink Knowledge Services.
Here is how it works:
1. Upon receipt of your application as a service provider to biothink Knowledge Services, we will review your record and will contact you by email and establish
communication with you. We also may follow-up with a phone call and try to get a better initial understanding of
your previous experience.
2. As a next step, we will schedule an on-line meeting, usually within a few days, and will discuss your experience
in detail. At that meeting we may also have additional experts participate to make sure that we fully understand
and appreciate your expertise. At this on-line meeting we may also exchange electronic documents like business
brochures, corporate capability statements or resumes. This meeting will also be an opportunity to learn more about
biothink.
3. After this meeting, we will check the references provided to us. We will focus on previous customer satisfaction
and overall performance parameters.
4. After all data have been gathered, we will make a decision on the acceptance of your services as a service provider
to biothink Knowledge
Services and will send you the biothink Certificate of Acceptance. The decision on whether or not to accept a specific service provider
is solely based on prior customer satisfaction record, present skill and capabilities set, as well as the current
need of biothink Knowledge
Services for specific skills in it's pool of service providers.
